Creating a Portal Submission
Begin by logging into the Client Portal
On the Dashboard, click on the blue ADD button: 
Enter Submission Details
Please note that any field with a ‘*’ is a required field and must be populated.
- Select the Receiving Lab, this is where you send the specimen(s). * This is a required field; the others on this screen are optional. Click Next when done.
- This takes you to the Veterinary/Owner screen. Walk through this screen and enter as much of the information as you can. Click Next when done.
- Clicking Next will walk you through the different screens
- Screen #4 ‘Setup’, Select if you want to submit an Animal or Non-Animal, here you can enter a variety of information depending on the selection of either Animal or Non-Animal
- Continue to follow the screens and click the Next button after each screen.
- Once you get to step #9, you can print the Submission to include with your specimen delivery to the lab. At this time, you also click Complete Submission.
