Important Update on Prepaid Shipping Labels
Due to a new UPS policy, we will discontinue offering physical, prepaid UPS shipping labels (also known as Air Shipping Documents and Ground Shipping Documents) once our current inventory is sold out.
Per UPS policy, UPS will not accept shipments using these labels after December 31, 2026. We encourage you to use any remaining labels before the December 31, 2026 deadline to avoid disruption.
We are currently working with UPS to explore alternative solutions - such as electronic labels - to ensure we can continue providing a convenient and cost-effective shipping option for our clients. We will share updates as more information becomes available.
The ILVDL offers physical copies of prepaid UPS Next Day Air labels to our clients at significant cost savings compared to standard retail rates.
Label Pricing
Labels are available for purchase in blocks of 5 (e.g., 5, 10, 15, etc.).
Eligibility & Billing
To purchase UPS labels, you must have an established account with the ILVDL. The cost of your labels will be billed directly to your ILVDL account, and an invoice will be issued once your order has shipped.
If you do not currently have an account, you may request one by completing the form here.
