Navigating through the Portal

Once logged into the client portal, 4 different menu items are available:

  • Home
  • Submissions
  • Pay Account
  • UI VDL Website
Client Portal Home screen:

 

Notes for the Home screen:

➢ If you select the  this allows you to create a new submission

➢ If you select the  this allows you to view any rejected submissions

➢ If you select the  this allows you to view any on-hold submissions

➢ If you hover over some of the buttons, it pops up info to tell you what the button will do.

➢ You can click on any of the Most Recent Submissions to view additional information on the case

➢ For the Most Recent Attachments, you can download the file or view it as a PDF file on your screen

Client Portal Submissions screen:

STARTED

  • The Started Tab lists submissions that have been created, but not yet completed and submitted to the lab.
  • The Reference Number, Date Created, Receiving Lab, Carrier Tracking Number, and Status are displayed for each submission draft.

SUBMITTED

  • The Submitted tab lists submissions that have been submitted to the lab.
  • The Reference Number, Date Created, Receiving Lab, and Status are displayed for each submission.

LAB COMPLETED

  • The Lab Complete tab lists submissions that have been completed by the lab.
  • The Reference Number, Date Created, Receiving Lab, Carrier Tracking Number, and Status are displayed for each completed submission.
