Once you are at the login screen,

1. Click on the ‘Forgot your password?’ button, see screenshot below:

2. This will bring you to another screen in which you enter your email address and then click on the blue ‘Send me reset password instructions’, see screenshot below:

3. You will then receive an email from ‘NoReply-VDLCOFL@vetmed.illinois.edu’ with a link to click on and instructions on resetting your password.

**This link will only be good for 6 hours, so if that timeframe expires, you’ll need to go through the process again.
